Positions available:
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the following acronyms and what they are used for:
HTTP, HTML, CSS, POP3, IMAP, FTP, DNS, SSL, SSH
- Familiarity with command-line server
management (Linux/Unix)
- Ability to effectively search
Google/Yahoo for questions you don't know
the answers to
- Problem solver: "Wisdom is not knowing the answers, but knowing how to find the answers"
- Self-motivated, working well independently as well as with a team
Bonus Skills (perks, but not requirements):
- 1-3 years experience in computer technical support
- 1-3 years with web development experience
- Experience with Linux shell (Red Hat
Enterprise Linux, CentOS, Fedora Core)
- Beginner to Intermediate scripting knowledge (PHP, Bash, perl, etc.)
- Ability to work on-site as well as remotely from home
Duties:
- Answering customer helpdesk tickets, live chat, phone calls
- Learn and setup new servers with Linux
- Learning and supporting e-commerce shopping carts
- Install basic web applications
- Install SSL certificates
- Monitor all servers, facilities, and equipment
using various network monitoring tools
- Help with new billing and CRM customer management system setup
- Various small-scale projects
- Contribute to Knowledge Base articles
- Occasional on-call duties (evenings
and/or weekends)
Compensation:
- $25-35/hour, DOE

Overview of the role:
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong partnerships with clients
- Develop/maximize opportunity with new and
existing clients
- Generate and foster partnerships with assigned clients leading to long term
business success
- Gain organizational alignment to deliver against client needs
Excellent position for both part-time and full-time opportunity. Position offers very generous commissions from each account you bring in.
Experience/Education:
- Demonstrated commission sales experience
- Advanced knowledge of internet, e-commerce and related topics
- Excellent communication skills
- Work independently, be self-motivated and self-driven and be able to make sound business decisions keeping in mind the overall success of the company
Compensation:
- $60,000 - $120,000 first year potential,
depending on experience
- $160,000+ for experienced sales managers
This is a commission-based position for the first
3 months. After you show your ability to perform and desire to enter our Sales Management Program, you will be eligible for:
